Cafe Bombón

This drink is sweet, silky, and creamy! This coffee variety originated in Valencia, Spain, and is very common throughout the Levante region of the country. Over time, its popularity has spread to other parts of Spain and overseas.

Making this at home is easy, and you can find the ingredients in any supermarket.

Ingredientes

• 2 tablespoons of condensed milk
• 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup of brewed coffee)

Steps

1. Pour the espresso into a glass, making sure to leave space for the condensed milk.
2. Add the condensed milk. Watch as the milk beautifully sinks into the coffee!
3. Stir well and enjoy!
