If you are into food history, you can trace the origin of this cocktail back to Getxo, in the Basque Country. During the 80s, Kalimotxo was one of the most popular drinks in Spain, though it didn’t have a great reputation because it was common to use very cheap wine to make it.
Pour it by the glass, or by the pitcher. It is a great party drink!
