Rebujito

If it’s really hot outside and you are down to drink something sweet and refreshing, you should really consider this simple cocktail. Rebujito is a distant cousin of the Sherry Cobbler, and by far, the most popular drink in Andalusian fairs.

You can prepare a glass if you want, but we recommend you to prepare a pitcher and share it with your friends.

Ingredients

• 1/3 of fino or manzanilla Sherry wine
• 2/3 of lime soda (7up or Sprite)
• A sprig of mint
• A couple of lemon wedges
• Ice

Steps

1. Mix the sherry and the soda over ice.
2. Add the lemon wedges and the sprig of mint in your cup.
3. Mix and enjoy cold
